The Site grants the user, free of charge, a license to use the information available at the time of connection. By accessing the Site, and by this fact alone, the user accepts from Beng Architects Associates, publisher of the site, a user license defined by the following general conditions.
In accordance with the provisions of Intellectual Property, the various elements of the Site such as texts, images, logos, comments, databases remain the property of their respective authors and/or owners for the legal term of protection and for the whole world.
The user's licence to use includes only the right to reproduce works consulted for storage for the purpose of representation on a single computer screen and copies or reproductions strictly reserved for the user's private use and not intended for collective use.
Analyses and short quotations justified by the critical, controversial, educational, scientific or informative nature of the work in which they are incorporated are also authorised, provided that the author's name and source are clearly indicated.
Apart from these exceptions, any reproduction, even partial, representation, distribution, sale or exploitation in any form whatsoever, electronic or otherwise, is strictly prohibited without the prior consent of the author or his successors in title and constitutes an act of counterfeiting engaging the civil and criminal liability of the author of the counterfeit.
The graphic charter of the Site and the elements that compose it are the property of Beng Architectes Associés S.A..
The database indexing the various contents of the Site is the property of Beng Architectes Associés S.A.. The consultation and use of the database does not in any way transfer the ownership rights of the database to the user. It is recalled, in accordance with Article 67 of the Law of 18 April 2001 on copyright, neighbouring rights and databases, that "the extraction or reuse of all or a substantial part, evaluated qualitatively or quantitatively, of the content of a database [ without the agreement of the producer ] is prohibited", as well as "the repeated and systematic extraction or reuse of non-substantial parts of the content of a database, which would be contrary to the normal exploitation of that database or which would unreasonably prejudice the legitimate interests of the producer of the database".
The texts on the Site are the property of their respective authors.
The operation of the Site and the contact by form may involve the processing of personal data, including I.P. addresses for Users, as well as the full names and professional qualifications of the various talents of Beng. In accordance with the law of 2 August 2002 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, every person has the right to access, modify, rectify and delete personal data concerning them.
